At the invitation of ASU’s Center for Community Development and Civil Rights, Rev. Al Sharpton came to Phoenix for the second time this year to protest Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s anti-illegal immigration sweeps.
Drew and I were able to get credentials for the press conference, so we decided to take the opportunity to ask Rev. Al, as a self-described anti-war and civil rights activist, about his feelings regarding the expansion of the wars in both Afghanistan and Pakistan. We also asked him about his feelings, from a civil rights standpoint, about numerous pieces of legislation that have been passed or are currently pending in State legislatures around the country regarding mandatory vaccination against the H1N1 virus. Below is the video of the questions as well as Rev. Al and Sheriff Joe on Lou Dobbs earlier this year.

Your help is needed passing out fliers in Phoenix and Tucson, stop by the shop and grab what you can or meet us at any of the events we will be going to this weekend. RSVP today!
At the very least Phoenix and Tucson Police and Fire department are on the record saying the will not mandate the shots. What the governor and the fed do is may be a different story.
No not really, we just wanted to know if we could get the information as to what is in the shot. Three stores and no one wanted to give us the information, wonder why?
